This is a spacious twin bedroom with two single beds. It has a bathroom with a bath and toilet. It can very comfortably accommodate 2 people.
It has its own private entrance to the room, spacious garden, which is ideal for children, and veranda.
It comes with secure off-street parking with a night guard, the use of a well equipped kitchen and braai/barbeque facilities surrounded by beautiful gardens. All linen in bedroom and bathroom are supplied. It has a coffee and tea tray, fridge/freezer, hair dryer, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, heater and free wireless internet access in the room.
Laundry service is available on request, Self-catering is possible, Shop with gifts, décor, braai packs, wood, ice & Bar on premises.

The establishment does not accept credit cards or debit cards or cheques as payment of accounts.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 15% in Namibian Dollar (N$) and a 2% Bed & Breakfast levy to Namibia Tourism Board (NTB).

You are welcome to request accommodation on arrival; we unfortunately cannot guarantee availability and suggest you reserve your rooms.
Reservations must be confirmed.
A 50% deposit will secure the reservations. Bastion Farmyard attempt to ensure a safe stay to you and your belongings. We will, however not be liable for any injuries or losses.
We want all our guests to experience a restful stay in well kept and clean environment. You are requested to collect your keys between 14h00 and 20h00 on the first day of your stay and vacate the rooms before 10h00 on the last.
No Pets please.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, the applicable amount will be refunded as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment, within 5 working days.
Bastion Farmyard levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
